Bedrock is a full-service permit expediter company focusing on commercial and residential construction projects for new builds,  additions, remodels, renovations,  build-outs, and more. Bedrock offers streamlined solutions to getting building permits submitted and completed on behalf of the homeowner, investor/developer, builder, project manager, architect, and all trades.

Our basic permit management services include researching the jurisdiction (if necessary – we already work in many counties throughout Georgia), completing all of the necessary forms, gathering any authorizations needed, submitting the applications, following the permit through the approval process, handling corrections as necessary, and hand delivering the finalized permit to your location or job site. We’ll also archive copies of your permits at our location as a backup for situations where permits are misplaced or not readily available.  We also provide weekly updates on the permit approval status.

We prepare zoning justifications and prepare all applications and survey drawings. We can speak on your behalf at public hearings and inform neighborhood groups at their local meetings to garner support for your project.
